In-person or video call with Iqra. We pull mood boards, palette swatches, and references together.

Mockup + scope
Within 48 hours. Detailed scope of every table and every element.

Setup day (eve-of)
We arrive the evening before for full setup. Most venues allow this.

Strike
Strike next morning or following evening, depending on your event schedule.

How far in advance should I book?
3–6 months for wedding tablescapes. Wedding season (May–October) books out 6–9 months ahead.
Do you provide florals?
We collaborate with your florist or bring our own. We design the full tablescape including florals.
Can you work with our existing rentals?
Absolutely. We design around your rentals — linens, chargers, glassware.
What's the price range?
Tablescape-only designs start around $3,500. Full wedding decor packages $5,000–$15,000+.
Do you do head-table and ceremony decor too?
Yes — full-service wedding decor available. Head table, ceremony arch, lounge areas, signage.
